• Come and learn about the principles of Open Space as a tool for organisational learning, development and transformation.
• In this one day interactive and experiential workshop you will be introduced to the structure and process of the event, from conception, through practical set up to facilitation and follow-through.
• You will also examine how to sustain the impact and value of Open Space, including how to use Open Space Technology as an on-going tool in teams and organisations.
• This is your chance to personally experience the format and process of Open Space and have the opportunity to consider your own leadership and facilitation style, and how you can most effectively apply Open Space thinking to your context
